 Strategies to teach learners with different styles.                               during the pandemic 

Introduction:

                         There are four types of learning styles auditory, read/write, tactile and visual learners .In this blog let us see the stratergies to teach learners with different styles during the pandemic.

Auditory learners:

                            This learning suggests that we can learn a concept or a lesson by hearing to blogs, podcasts, audios or by hearing to any videos those is a very useful method of understanding a concept because by hearing we can able to understand the concept very well. These type of learners can easily learn through online classes.

Visual learners:

                         This learning suggests that we can learn a concept by visual, for instance by watching a animation or  a ppt . This is a better method of understanding a concept the students can understand the concept very well if they watch a video. This is easy to apply in online classes.

Tactile learners:

                          This learning suggests that we can learn a concept by touch or feel . This will give the students to practically link with the concept . This is a better method of understanding the concept rather than teaching it in class. This can be brought in online classes by role play and hand on activities

Read/write learners:

                           These type of learners learn through reading books and writing .This can also be brought in online classes by sending pdfs , creating record,  giving home assessment etc.

Factors affecting the learners during pandemic:

                                          Teachers can't  satisfy all kinds of learners .teachers planed startergies to satisfy all kinds of learners . They can start ice breaker activities in the class. Then the teacher can narrate the story ,reading will be done by the students and the explanation will be done by the teacher This will satisfy the read and write learners to study. Then sometimes the teacher will provide audio and video  aid related to the lesson This will satisfy the visual and auditory learners  to study. Then at times the teacher will make hand on activities This will aid the students to live. Online classes are boon to all kinds of learners  if the teacher inculcated all these activities  in her class 

Conclusion:

                   Online classes supports all kind of learners if the teacher uses it properly
