              The COVID-19 pandemic has unravelled and left a huge impact on the Universities across the global in the given situation it is difficult to analyse the full spectrum of the consequences on higher educational institutions the country's imposed travel restrictions as well as the closure of Educational institutions international students mobility has been disrupted completely there will be shortcomings in the near future

Educational exchange programs for INDIA: 

 The decline of international students due to the COVID-19 pandemic has had dramatic economic consequences as a global leader in higher education the united states has historically accepted more than one millions international students into its colleges and Universities annually this inbound exchange annually accounted for about $ 4 billion in economic activities before the pandemic 

• As November 2021 the american economy $ 11 billion to the decline of international students 

•As the U.S. navigates the pandemic and its variants higher Educational institutions are already experiencing a strong recovery in international exchange programs

Will things entirely come back to "normanormalPeople tend to rupees traumatic experience and wish for nothing more than for everything to be the same again but in the cause there could be real consequences and repercussions such as program closure or budget cuts but also a change in thinking as a result of the experience of these exceptional times

•In 2020 under the pressure to deal with the as quickly as possible not many people had the time to think about what the repercussions all of this would or could be but now it is the time to reflect

•Trends in language instructions at US institutions global competition and profit making trends May be increased or shifted

                    The study on impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on teaching and learning across the world concludes that although various studies have been carried out in the cause of developing countries ,suitable pedagogy and platform for different classes levels of higher secondary,middle and primary education need to be explored future.
