 The covid 19 impacted many sectors profession and occupation. It also affected teachers recruitment and retention. Also in the beginning of April 2020 the teachers recruitment come down to 50% to 60% that year recruiting season has been closed. Another problem faced by schools and collages were holding interviews for staffs due to social distancing.
