Introduction:
Teachers conduct meeting every month or week in the staffroom to discuss about the proceedings. But during the pandemic period of COVID the schools were closed and online classes started. The teachers were not able to conduct such meetings or collaborate with one another. So they conduct online meetings in such situations.
LACK OF TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
Few teachers do not know to use technology as they have not practised them. So, they felt difficult to take online classes. They wanted to learn about technology and its application. As that was not possible for them to learn it in a short period of time it was not easier for them. Those teachers who were good in computers helped teachers through online to prepare PPTs and educational resources. Online platform did not stop them to do so.
LACK OF RESOURCES:
Few teachers were not able to attend meetings or take online classes because of lack of resources and internet connection. Those teachers had to either quit their job or to make avail the resources. These things made to spend their money. During covid-19 lot of teachers were not even given salary. This made their life stressful.
HEALTH PROBLEMS:
Teachers also suffered due to health problems. Sedentary lifestyle, changes in eating habits, work pressure an so on.
AFTER PANDEMIC:
Slowly schools started to reopen and many began to come to schools and teach from there using the resources provided by the school. When the reopen was in full swing and students started to come back. Teachers got into vaccinated and started the traditional teaching methods. There were many troubles faced by the teachers due to the pandemic.
