INTRODUCTION:
The pandemic led lockdown triggered a spike in mental health problems especially among children and teenagers. Several factors such as the child's developmental stage was affected during the pandemic. Preventive measures such as closing schools in pandemic,has created a feel of anxiety and uncertainty. As a result, ther is a need to improve access to mental and emotional support.
ROLE OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:
Educational institutions must encourage students to make healthy lifestyle choices and recognise the effect of the decisions and well being resource to help them has the educational role to be in resilience.
STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE MENTAL HEALTH:
Using student centres teaching strategies that promote a pleasent environment and students' well being such as cooperative learning.
Combating bullying and harrasment by establishing groups and organisations.
Developing a curriculum about showing how many students were affected.
CONCLUSION:
In the above ideas, we can conclude that students can be controlled. Students are the future of country. It's in the duty of educational institutions and the parents to improve the future of country.
