IMPORTANCE OF MENTAL HEALTH

 INTRODUCTION:
Before the pandemic we did not worry too much about germs or how we touched things but after the COVID virus spread wearing mask was an important aspect.COVID-19 also made us realize how important it was to keep our bodies strong and healthy .The pandemic also showed us that taking care of our mental health is just as important as looking after our physical health.

STUDENTS ATTITUDE TOWARDS HEALTH:
Being away from friends, missing school, not going out much could sometimes make us feel sad or stressed .Talking to grown-ups, friends and not going out much can help us to feel better. COVID-19 also taught us to be patient and adaptable. We learnt things that can change quickly and we need to be ready to adjust. It was like how we need to be ready to adjust to the online classes, we want to be flexible and keep learning no matter what. The pandemic highlighted the significance of mental health. students learned about stress, anxiety and so on. Many students suffered due to eye problems by contently seeing mobiles or laptops. This made them feel stressed. Many students were has internet issues and they could not attend their online classes continuasly. Some students suffered due to power cut in lockdown and they could not attend their online exams. This made them stressed. Many students were not prepared for such an sudden shift to online learning. Students experiense feeling loneliness without their friends and teachers.

SHAPING STUDENTS UNDERSTANDING:
Many festivals and gathering were scaled down or celebrated virtually to prevent the spread of the COVID virus. Students learned the importance of adapting traditions for safety. The pandemic also highlighted the significance of digital divide where not every one has the axis to the internet or device. Students and families realize the importance of technology for education and information. 

STUDENTS OBSERVED AND LEARNT:
While online classes offered flexibility it also posed many new chalenges in maintaining students engagement. Many families faced financial dificulties. Students observed the importance of financial planning and social safety notes. We have learned many things in the pandemic such washing our hands, distance keeping and other healthy habits.
