Effects of Covid 19 on public policy and legislation

 INTRODUCTION:- 

During the pandemic period, schools were forced to shut down leading to online learning and teaching. In India around 250 million students were affected due to the shut down of schools and some students even struggled to study online because of lack in technology. 

Moreover, enrollment in school education from the pre primary to higher secondary is estimated to be around 25.57 crores in 2021-2022. Thus is 19.36 lakhs more than the no of students enrolled in 2020-2021.enrollment in pre primary sections fell by 115 lakhs.

Covid 19 affected many students life and also made them suffer a lot. Even though an alternative solution like online classes was given students mind went in copying and cheating in online exams. So it wasn't much effective for online students.

Public policy on the effects of covid 19:-

Public policy was very effective and crucial for people and covid 19 made a transformational impact on public policy as the government played a crucial role in developing the busines, industry especially health care centres, education related public policy was very effective for people as it tried to be aware of the virus and tried to safeguard them. 

Effects of covid 19 on legislation:- 

The sudden outbreak of covid 19 has lead to pre preparedness which was legal. Strong legislative measures was very crucial in the epidemic as well as pandemic period situations.
