 As, Covid 19 had changed many things in the society not only in education many field got affected because of Covid 19 . Covid 19 had made  many difference in the whole world. The impact of Covid 19  is uncountable like stars. Covid 19 is the word that carries mixed emotions. In this below we will see the effectiveness of parent teacher conference during covid 19.      

Before covid 19 parent visit to school to see the teacher and talk about their academic and non academic progresses. When the school closed parent teacher conference also stoped.

ADVANTAGES OF VIRTUAL CONFERENCE

In fact , this virtual conference as many advantages factors.

In traditional conference parent skip out conference due to various reasons such as long travel distance and also for commitment but in virtual conference it will be easy.  In traditional conference parents want to wait in line but in virtual conference the time will be conserved. Virtual conference increase the chance of both parent being able to attend. Parent can attend the meeting from their work place or from their home. In virtual conference all parents will be in same platform so if one parent is having any doubt all can clarify it by the answer of teacher. Teacher want to spend less time with all parents because all will be in same platform so the time will be conserved and we can have many virtual conference. Parent can record the meeting and recap it when required or send to parent who didn't attend the meeting. Virtual conference will  be cost effective,time saving, environment friendly and improve work life balance.


DISADVANTAGE OF VIRTUAL CONFERENCE

Virtual conference as technical challenges . It also as security problems. It had technical challenges such as poor audio and video quality, freezing and disconnecting make it difficult. Face to face communication decreases interaction of parent and teacher reduced. 

CONCLUSION 

As virtual conference is useful in pandemic days but traditional conference increase the bonding. Virtual conference can be used in some difficult days but always it cannot be used. Traditional conference increase the bonding and has many advantages.
